Ruentex Philosophy / Origin
Origin
Ruentex Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. originated from Ping Hui Construction, established in 1975. In 2006, Ping Hui merged with two specialized companies from the Ruentex Construction Group—one focused on precast construction and the other on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services—and was renamed Ruentex Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. The company was officially listed on the stock exchange in March 2010.
Ruentex is one of the few companies in Taiwan capable of seamlessly integrating all aspects of construction projects under a professional turnkey model. As a Grade A licensed contractor, Ruentex also operates a highly sophisticated precast production plant and a specialized MEP division. Backed by a strong and solid foundation from the Ruentex Group, and supported by a team of experts in planning, design, construction, project management, and post-construction services, Ruentex leverages its comprehensive capabilities to maximize value for clients and deliver high-quality results.

- Iron Discipline – Ensuring all actions are carried out strictly and effectively.
- Merit-Based Employment – Talent is the core criterion in recruitment and promotions.
- Fair and Timely Rewards and Penalties – A 3:1 reward-to-penalty ratio ensures correction of behaviors with the goal of improvement, not punishment.
